Please tell me how to use the spectrum analyzer to compare multiple tracks in my audio host application. I have watched YouTube videos and saw that this can be done in other DAWs, but I can't get it to work in my DAW.

You should consider getting SPAN Plus - it features the Import/Export function which makes such track spectrum comparisons easy. Some YouTube videos show how to do it in the free SPAN plug-in, but it applies only to some VST hosts like Ableton Live; not technically doable in a majority of other hosts.

Latest Voxengo plug-in versions for macOS, released after October, 2019 are Apple-notarized. The notarization requires developers to use some latest Apple development tools that do not produce applications compatible with previous macOS versions, and so the macOS 10.11 is now the oldest supported macOS version.
